what yall know about Celia Cruz as Wonderwoman?

Entries must race up Federal Hill, through a sand pit in Patterson Park and prove their sea-worthy-ness at the boat launch in Canton Memorial Park.  Then they race back to the American Visionary Art Museum.  The most coveted prize is the “Grand East Coast National Mediocre Champion” trophy that goes to the sculpture that finishes in the middle of the pack.
